If you recently discovered yerba mate, want to try yerba mate or are just plain curious about yerba mate, then this is the place for you. Over the last 5 years I have had many-a  question about yerba mate myself and from others.

I decided to put up this blog to share what I’ve come to learn with you. I still drink yerba mate just about everyday, and you’ll find out why as you hear more from me.

For now I’m going to leave you with this. I like yerba mate and drink it because.

a) it makes me feel GOOD!

but not in the way beer or alcohol does, I would say it’s more of a natural high

b) it’s enjoyable to share with friends and family

c) it’s a great energizer and alternative to coffee

In the meantime I am going to find some good yerba mate related stuff to share with you and try to make this site look Not-So-Ugly
